Goalie Training

Goalie training is BACK for the 2024-25 season. Available FREE to anyone in the LHA and run by the professionals at Direct Motion Goaltending, these sessions are perfect for goalies of all skill levels from a House League participant playing net for the first time to an experienced GTHL goaltender looking to improve.

All sessions take place at Leaside Arena, 1073 Millwood Road, Toronto ON at the following times:

• Thursdays 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - All LHA goalies
• Saturdays 1:30 - 2:30 pm - GTHL goalies only
• Sundays 4:30 - 5:30 pm - All LHA goalies

During the sessions, goalies will be grouped by age and skill level and rotate through skill stations with a ration of 3 goalies per coach.

Goalies are asked to register in advance and attend in full goalie gear. If necessary, goalie gear can be borrowed from the LHA. Please contact Emily at hlcoordinator@leasidehockey.com if you have any questions or need to borrow gear.
