Brian Dooley: Winner of the LHA’s Jeff Munn Volunteer of the Year Award for 2022-23

This award recognizes Brian’s exceptional efforts as a non-parent volunteer Head Coach with the Leaside 2009 AA team. From their first year as Tykes to the end of their U14 season, Brian was a devoted and passionate champion for his players’ development both on and off the ice.

As a role model, Brian demonstrated hard work and parents appreciated the respectful atmosphere he created within the team. Thanks to his focus on player development, several team members advanced to play hockey at the AAA level. Brian continues to give his time and expertise to the LHA and will serve as the Head Coach of the U15A team in the 2023-2024 season. Congratulations and thank you Brian.
