Goalie Training

Our goalie training is now complete for the 2024-25 season! Thank you to everyone who participated. Check back in September 2025 for info on the 2025/26 Season.

This is a popular program that is available FREE to anyone in the LHA.  Run by the professionals at Direct Motion Goaltending, these sessions are perfect for goalies of all skill levels from a HL player playing net for the first time to an experienced GTHL goaltender looking to improve.

During the season, goalies register in advance of each weeks sessions, and attend in full goalie gear which can be accessed from the LHA if necessary.

All sessions take place at Leaside Arena, 1073 Millwood Rd, Toronto, ON.During the sessions, goalies will be grouped by age and skill level and rotate through skill stations with a ratio of 3 goalies per coach.
